Symposium: Colorado potato beetle: Invasion and spread across three continents
call closes when slots are filled
The Colorado potato beetle (CPB) has spread across N. America, Europe, Central Asia, and is now regularly found in Xinjiang and Heilongjiang of China. The impending threat to Asian potato production, along with ongoing pressure in eastern Europe underlies the need for an coordinated international research and regulatory effort against this extremely damaging pest. This symposium will bring together experts in CPB quarantine and invasive biology from across its current distribution to discuss the challenges in detection, prevention, and control of CPB across its geographical range.
Journals participating in Peerage of Science
Available before, during and after the peer review process. All Select destinations have concurrent access to all ongoing peer review processes, and the right to make direct publishing offers to you. Note that journals may require additional in-house peer review.
Available only after the peer review process is complete. Submission to a Connect destination exports the process exclusively and cancels any existing offers from The Select destinations (the traditional "no simultaneous consideration" policy). However, you can cancel export later by exporting to another Connect destination, or by returning the process to full availability. Note that journals may require additional in-house peer review.
You can create a link to the peer review process and give it to editors of any journal of your choice in a traditional submission. Using the link is a free service for both you and the receiving journal.
