Symposium: Hemiptera Auchenorrhyncha as vectors of plant pathogens and interactions with their symbionts
call closes when slots are filled
Auchenorrhyncha are well known vectors of phytoplasmas and bacteria such as the plant pathogenic bacteria Xylella fastidiosa affecting a large number of plant species, including major agricultural plants. Auchenorrhyncha also use to host multiple obligate endosymbiotic bacteria that document a long-term history of codiversification with these bacteria. We shall welcome contributions of studies focusing on Auchenorrhyncha either as vectors of phytoplasmas or bacteria with relevance to disease control, either as hosts of endosymbiotic bacteria and their coevolution.
Journals participating in Peerage of Science
Available before, during and after the peer review process. All Select destinations have concurrent access to all ongoing peer review processes, and the right to make direct publishing offers to you. Note that journals may require additional in-house peer review.
Available only after the peer review process is complete. Submission to a Connect destination exports the process exclusively and cancels any existing offers from The Select destinations (the traditional "no simultaneous consideration" policy). However, you can cancel export later by exporting to another Connect destination, or by returning the process to full availability. Note that journals may require additional in-house peer review.
You can create a link to the peer review process and give it to editors of any journal of your choice in a traditional submission. Using the link is a free service for both you and the receiving journal.
