Symposium: Biological Control of Invasive Insect Pests: Critical Issues, Challenges, and Lessons Learned
call closes when slots are filled
The proposed topic will review recent advances in invasion biology and ecology theory related to classical biocontrol with appropriate case studies targeting invasive agricultural and forest pests in North America, Asia-Pacific, South America, Europe, and Africa. Case studies will highlight critical issues, challenges, and lessons learned to support development of biocontrol theory and practice against invasive pests. Considering unprecedented invasion rates of agricultural and natural ecosystems by non-native pests, this topic is timely and appropriate.
Journals participating in Peerage of Science
Available before, during and after the peer review process. All Select destinations have concurrent access to all ongoing peer review processes, and the right to make direct publishing offers to you. Note that journals may require additional in-house peer review.
Available only after the peer review process is complete. Submission to a Connect destination exports the process exclusively and cancels any existing offers from The Select destinations (the traditional "no simultaneous consideration" policy). However, you can cancel export later by exporting to another Connect destination, or by returning the process to full availability. Note that journals may require additional in-house peer review.
You can create a link to the peer review process and give it to editors of any journal of your choice in a traditional submission. Using the link is a free service for both you and the receiving journal.
