Symposium: Classical biological control of weeds and arthropods: Evaluation of social, economic and ecological benefits
call closes when slots are filled
The Symposium goal is to bring together leading biocontrol scientists from around the globe to present and discuss specific accomplishments and benefits of the discipline as a whole. Presentations will cover different dimensions of biocontrol accomplishments, including but not limited to ecological, economical, socio-economic, and public health benefits. A central consideration in these analyses will be to gain an understanding of why it is that biocontrol as a discipline is threatened in some countries or regions but is thriving in others.
Journals participating in Peerage of Science
Available before, during and after the peer review process. All Select destinations have concurrent access to all ongoing peer review processes, and the right to make direct publishing offers to you. Note that journals may require additional in-house peer review.
Available only after the peer review process is complete. Submission to a Connect destination exports the process exclusively and cancels any existing offers from The Select destinations (the traditional "no simultaneous consideration" policy). However, you can cancel export later by exporting to another Connect destination, or by returning the process to full availability. Note that journals may require additional in-house peer review.
You can create a link to the peer review process and give it to editors of any journal of your choice in a traditional submission. Using the link is a free service for both you and the receiving journal.
